Garment care

All items offered on our website are vintage or second-hand pieces unless otherwise stated. Before being sold, each piece is carefully cleaned and disinfected to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and freshness. As vintage clothing is often more delicate, slight signs of wear may appear over time. We ensure that the pieces are in good condition and any defects will be listed in the product description. However, if you believe that your item is damaged, please contact us immediately at everythinggarms@gmx.de

When will I receive my online order?

Your order will usually arrive 5-7 business days after purchase. Once you receive the tracking number, the responsibility for the package lies with the shipping service provider. If your package does not arrive, please contact the shipping service provider directly to open a case or contact us at everythinggarms@gmx.de - we will be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Simply send us an email to everythinggarms@gmx.de.Nach. You have 14 days to return the items. Please note that we can only take back undamaged goods with the price tag attached. You will be charged for the return costs. As soon as we have received the item, we will refund the purchase price.
